Basic Package

  • Tour creative development

  • Production of detailed tour itinerary including accommodation, transportation, guides, site visits, workshop venues etc

  • Production of tour budget and advice on pricing

  • Management of tour bookings and contracts

5% of tour gross income (minimum fee of $2,500)

Fully escorted Package

  • Basic package + tour accompaniment to support, manage and oversee day to day logistics during tour

7.5% of tour gross income (minimum fee of $5,000) + travel expenses
